Designed for maintenance work on road sides and banks on farms, the TCL DYNAMIC mowers are multipurpose and professional mulchers that can be used to cut grass, runners and brambles.

The machine is equipped with double-edged hammers and an anti-clogging wheel, both Tierre patented, which enable facing even the most difficult maintenance work, which can occasionally arise.

 

Thanks to the external multiplier group on the “SUPER” version, this offsetting mower can go completely outside of the tractor’s tread, making it particularly suitable for roadside maintenance.

Finally, the TCL model mulchers can be equipped with the Terre exclusive “MULTIAGGRESSIVI”rotors, which assemble a large number of tools that are much more superior than traditional ones, enabling better weight distribution on the rotor, greater work speed and a finer cut product for better ground reabsorption.

The machines are equipped with a Cardan joint, self-levelling system, a freewheel multiplier group, and an adjustable self-cleaning support roller on slides.

ADAPTIVE GEOMETRY

HAMMERS DOUBLE EDGED INNOVATIVE AND PATENTED

EXCLUSIVE MULTI AGGRESSIVE ROTOR

TCL Super can mount a special rotor built thanks to the experience of Tierre in crushing.

This rotor has the feature to mount the double of the tools with respect to a normal shredder allowing it to pulverize the material to be cut.

It was also balanced electronically.
 

It has an anchor welded to the rotor that measures 10 cm. can not be accidentally disconnected, even in cases of accidental impacts with stones and this ensures maximum operator safety.

SUPPORT ROTOR AND BEARING

 

Rotor lateral supports are made of pressed steel,and then worked in order to obtain a single body without welding.


Supports are mounted on double ball bearings highly professional working with labyrinth which means double double lip seals.

TRANSMISSION

The gearbox is made by COMER and is bathed in oil, as well as the extension.

The lateral transmission has 4 belts mounted in pulleys that have been balanced electronically independently.

REAR ROLLER

The rear roller support with adjustable height is 194 mm in diameter
Undoubtedly the largest of its kind.

The rullo is mounted on an oscillating field bearing, which in turn is inserted in a special holder of galvanized steel.

PAINTING AND SPECIAL ZINC

Paint of Tierre machines is done with epoxy powder.
All parts are painted separately before assembly in an oven at 180 ° C for 3 hours.
This system ensures the total resistance of the machine to atmospheric agents.
The parts are assembled with different faces that touch the paint with paint, ensuring the life of the machine.
The galvanized parts of the machine are provided by zinc bath at a temperature of 450 ° C
